AdvantAge is here for you! Our offices are closed to ​walk-ins, but call to schedule an in-person appointment. 

To protect the health and safety of the community and help limit the spread of COVID-19, our Montrose and Delta offices are closed to walk-in transactions until further notice. If an in-person appointment is needed, please call to schedule. Masking, symptom checker and temperature reading will be required.    All services and transactions remain accessible by phone or email with our care navigators Monday - Friday.  Call 1-844-862-4968.

AdvantAge is a service of Volunteers of America providing any age group with assistance regarding health care, federal, state and local benefits, Medicaid applications, housing, medical equipment and more.  We offer information, options counseling, and referrals to all types of professionals and programs to help coordinate resources and find a solution right for you.

Not sure where to begin?  Are you curious what services you might qualify for?
Call to discuss your needs or the needs of your loved ones with our care navigators who will schedule an appointment at a location convenient to you - in your home or elsewhere. We also offer two locations with walk in office hours or by appointment.
